If you've been following our house tour, we're downstairs now and I believe I have done well to save the best for last.
First, just off of the dining room, there's a little nook that we call the summer room because it's just about the most pleasant place to enjoy a book or a drink during the summer.
Here's a spot we enjoy all year round. It's our little breakfast nook.
Here we're looking into the kitchen.
How could I summarize our kitchen? Oh right. It's full of pink stuff.
It also adjoins what I think is the coolest room in the house, the living room! I mean, I'll just never get over how much I love this mural Eddy and I painted over the winter.
This is what's across from the best mural that has ever existed.
Just check out that sweet bunny quilt I made above our mantle.
Here's the view back toward the kitchen.
And last, but certainly not least, we have this wonderfully wallpapered guest bath on the first floor.
You guys. There are so many bunnies up in this house. That's what makes it a home!

Grown Up House
If you've been following our house tour, we're heading downstairs today. Let's start in the entryway!
Entryways may seem a sort of boring place to start, but Eddy and I are pretty proud of this little bench we built by the windows.
Tons of houses we visited when we were house hunting had little benches just inside the door, so we were really excited when our new house had a perfect place for one.
There's also this little nook that houses our coat closet.
You guys. We have a coat closet. We're so grown up now.
Speaking of grown up, here's Eddy's grown up office, complete with this swank cork desk he made.
Here's our little dining room.
And this sweet little table runner I made awhile back.
Finally, here's the view from the other side of our dining room with the sweet paintings I painted when we first moved in and my most elaborate weaving to date.
My favorite, though, is probably the little phases of the moon bunting that Eddy and I made together.
Here's the wall across from the dining room. It's a picture wall with some of our favorite new and old artwork!
Stay tuned for the final installment of the Portland house tour!
