The newest rage among the Cobbs is Grant's Farm, which none of us had been to before this trip. First of all, they had Halloween decorations up. (Yep. That's how long it's been since I've updated this blog...)
Second, they had baby goat feeding.
Like, from baby bottles.
Third, they had this crazy bird feeding experience as well.
They also have beer (it's owned by Anheuser-Busch) and food and clydesdales and tons of other animals and a tram. Oh, gosh, it's basically the most fun place ever. Don't know why we never made it there in the past.
Speaking of animals, we (of course!) went to the St. Louis Zoo.
Their famed penguin exhibit was closed due to some jerk film crew basically breaking it (jerks!), but we did get to see the outdoor pengus,
and their super-nice seal and sea lion exhibit, and about a million other animals.
We also stopped by some of our old haunts just to see what was new (so much!)
Our first apartment together!
Probably the most amazing thing we did while we were there was see Jake Shimabukuro in concert! It was incredible.
Also, my mom got locked out of her hotel room a bunch of times. It's not really noteworthy, I just like this picture.
